Practitioners listed on the Platform offer spiritual guidance in their own voice and tradition; any licensed professional relationship would need to be established separately and outside the Platform, if at all.
Practitioner Marketplace
Practitioners on Zoralima are independent professionals, not employees or agents of Zoralima. Each practitioner is responsible for their own services, communications, and conduct.
Zoralima is not responsible for practitioner statements, advice, or outcomes. We may review practitioner profiles and remove practitioners who violate our policies, community standards, or applicable law. For more context, see our Trust & Safety page.

Some content on Zoralima is generated or assisted by artificial intelligence, shaped by symbolic traditions and your journey history. AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be treated as suggestions for reflection and insight — not authoritative judgments about your health, character, relationships, or future. No Guarantees
Zoralima makes no guarantee regarding future outcomes, predictions, reading accuracy, or business, financial, relationship, or spiritual results. Symbols and readings can illuminate patterns and possibilities; they cannot fix outcomes or replace your own discernment.
User Responsibility
You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, and how you interpret guidance on the Platform. Do not rely on Zoralima as a substitute for licensed professional care when you need medical, mental health, legal, or financial support.
Crisis Situations

Payments and Bookings
When you book a practitioner through Zoralima, you agree to pay applicable booking fees and any practitioner rates displayed at the time of booking. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers subject to their terms.
Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary by practitioner and will be shown during booking when available. Refunds, when offered, are handled according to the applicable booking terms and Platform policies in effect at the time of purchase.

Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that engage in abuse, fraud, harassment, illegal activity, or other misuse of the Platform. We may also restrict access to features when necessary to protect users, practitioners, or the integrity of Zoralima.
Intellectual Property
Zoralima branding, Oracle Intelligence features, reading systems, content, artwork, software, and other Platform materials are owned by Zoralima or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform materials without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law or expressly allowed within the Platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zoralima and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of spiritual guidance, symbolic interpretation, practitioner services, or AI-assisted content on the Platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid to Zoralima for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no such payment was made. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice on the Platform or by other reasonable means. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes may require renewed acceptance before certain features can be used.
