Zoralima™ respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our platform.
Overview
Zoralima respects your privacy and aims to be transparent about how we collect, use, and protect information. This Privacy Policy explains our practices when you visit zoralima.com, create an account, use readings and Journey features, book practitioners, or otherwise interact with the Platform.

- User activity — including readings, Journey entries, reflection history, bookings, and practitioner interactions you choose to save or submit on the Platform.

How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Deliver readings, Journey tracking, and other Platform services
- Save and organize your spiritual journey over time
- Improve reading experiences and symbolic interpretation features
- Manage bookings, practitioner tools, and related communications
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- Maintain security, prevent fraud, and protect the Platform and its users
Oracle Intelligence Data
Zoralima's Oracle Intelligence features analyze recurring cards, runes, themes, and reading history to surface patterns that may support reflection and self-understanding. These features do not diagnose mental health conditions, medical conditions, or psychological disorders. Oracle Intelligence outputs are interpretive and symbolic — not clinical assessments.
Practitioner Access
When you engage with a practitioner on Zoralima, practitioners may see information relevant to your booking and any Journey features you choose to share for session context — such as recent readings, themes, or notes you explicitly make available. Practitioners do not receive unrestricted access to your full account. We aim to share only what is needed to support meaningful, consented practitioner interactions.
Data Sharing
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Platform — such as hosting, analytics, email delivery, booking, and payment processors — under confidentiality and data-processing obligations appropriate to their role.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Zoralima does not sell your personal information.
Data Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary to operate the Platform, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, meet legal obligations, and provide services you request. When data is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information we hold about you. On Zoralima, you can export your Journey data from the Journey page using “Export My Journey,” or from your account settings when signed in.
To request help with access, correction, or deletion, contact us at privacy@zoralima.com.
Cookies and Analytics
Zoralima uses essential cookies for authentication and session management so you can stay signed in and use account features securely. We may also use analytics tools to understand traffic patterns and improve the user experience. You can adjust browser settings to limit cookies, though some features may not work correctly without essential cookies.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and you share information with us at your own risk. Please use a strong password and keep your login credentials confidential.
Children's Privacy
Zoralima is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps.
Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on the Platform and update the version and Last Updated date shown at the top of this page. Material changes may require renewed acceptance before certain features can be used.
